Real Life Situations

For three years I have have  Norton Anti Virus 360 Norton Internet Security. About two weeks ago my subscription expired. I wasn’t real worried about it with everything else going on. Well today when I checked my bank account I saw that I was charged $69.99 for my Norton Anti Virus 360 Norton Internet Security subscription. I was a little mad at first because I in no way knew I had an auto bill subscription with Norton Anti Virus Internet Security. But whatever, I guess I do need it. So I went to my Norton account to get whatever I needed to update my virus software and could find it. So I went to the Norton Anti-Virus live chat. What a joke this is. It took me 10 minutes to download there chat software and another 5 minutes to re register just to chat with them. What a joke.  I had the pleasure of chatting with “Arun” the I can almost type in English guy from India helping me. After about 10 minute on the online live chat I began to realize I was screwed. Any way long store short I still have no Anti Virus software and I am still missing $69.99.
